Text Adventure Games on a Nintendo DS

Pentari: First Light running on the
Nintendo DS
It's no small feat to get our
interactive fiction books to work across so many different platforms such as
Windows XP and Vista, Mac OS X, Palm Treos, Windows Mobile devices, iPhones and
Nintendo DS Lite handheld games.
Leave all the hard work to us. We'll leave the simple stuff to you.
Just a few easy steps on your part makes it possible to
play our text adventure games on your Nintendo DS Lite:
1) You must have the Naki/Datel "Games N Music For
Nintendo DS Lite". You can order yours from Amazon.Com by
clicking this direct link: Games N Music for Nintendo DS Lite
2) Purchase any edition of our games at our online store. We make Nintendo DS versions of all of
our titles available to all of our customers. If you purchased any of our text
adventure games any time over the past five years just send an email to tech
support with your original purchase information. We'll verify your
credentials and send you the Nintendo DS version of any and all interactive
fiction titles you've already purchased at no extra charge. Remember: All of our customers receive lifetime free
updates of every interactive fiction title they ever purchased from us!
3) Take the Nintendo DS text adventure games you received
from us (either by downloading it or copying it from your official folio edition) and copy it to your Games N Music smart card.
The smart card acts just like a memory stick or external hard drive; you can
access it through My Computer through Windows on the desktop of any modern Apple
Macintosh.
Nintendo DS versions of
our text adventure games are easy to spot. They end in an "NDS" extension. After
you copied all the NDS files to your Games N Music for Nintendo DS Lite, just
load the card on your Nintendo DS and you're off! Just follow the instructions
included with the Games N Music for Nintendo DS Lite and you can't go wrong.
4) Start playing! The top screen displays your position in
the text adventure game. You interact with the story using the bottom
screen. You can "write" your commands on the screen using the Nintendo DS
stylus, tap one of the many shortcut commands right on the bottom screen or hit
the "X" key (the up directional button) to bring up an on-screen typewriter you
can use to type in your commands.
5) You can save your games to the same smart card you play
your text adventure games from and restore your saved games just as easily.
If you get stuck at any point just send us an email or call us at
877-299-7999 and select option 1 to reach one of our engineers.
