Folio Edition Shipment Information

All orders with a United States shipping address are delivered to you via The United States Postal Service's Priority Mail.  Priority Mail shipments have a published delivery time of 2-3 days.

International orders are shipped via United States Air  Mail.

All orders received by 5PM EST are shipped the same day received.

There is a one year warranty on defective media.  Simply send your defective disk or CD along with a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase to:

Digital Delivery Purchases

Digital purchases can be downloaded immediately after your purchase.  In case you accidentally delete or otherwise lose your Malinche Entertainment software, contact support@malinche.net for a replacement.   Be sure to include formal proof of your purchase when sending your email.
